Almost A Good Day

We waited until the weekend to let her drive her new car. She was nervous so she let me drive the first two days.

The car accelerated forward during a turn and hit a pole. No beeps, no warnings. No automatic brakes.

We aren’t blaming anyone except ME. I should have had her in a parking lot trying out one pedal driving.

I don’t think it was the car’s fault. We weren’t in FSD or Auto Pilot.

I will say this: we have a 2018 Honda CR-V that would have slammed the brakes. There was no accident avoidance with the Tesla. I thought it would do better.
