The Day After

Here’s what I’ve learned so far.

• Nobody knows how to tow a Tesla. You need to be there when the wrecker or estimator shows.
• Very few shops in Charlotte know how to repair a Tesla. The initial inspection date is a month out. Our car is undriveable but that does not matter to the app.
• The app is the only way to get an appointment. The person that sold us the car can’t help us.

Conclusion: if you wreck your Tesla, pray it is totaled else you are waiting 3-6 months for it to be repaired.
